Follow-up to #241. docs/positioning.md still said carets inside a canvas card "are not drawn yet", and that live canvas was claimable only once the release carrying NEC-23 was published. 0.3.0 shipped both. The qualification now names the two real limits from the 0.3.0 Known list.

positioning.md still said carets in a card someone is typing in were not drawn
yet, and that live canvas was claimable only once its release was out. 0.3.0
shipped both. The second qualification is now the two real limits the
changelog lists: carets need the other window focused, and an embed in a card
gets the outline without the caret.
